Job Summary

The Leasing Coordinator plays a vital role in our team by handling leasing inquiries, scheduling property tours, and assisting prospective tenants with applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing Inquiries: Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails from prospective tenants.
  • Scheduling: Manage property tours and maintain showing windows.
  • Application Support: Assist tenants with applications and unit details.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with leasing agents and internal departments.
  • Document Management: Update leasing documentation and CRM records.
  • Ticketing System: Create and assign support tickets using our internal system.
  • Listing Updates: Keep listings and leasing specials up-to-date.
Tools and Technologies:
  • AppFolio: Our leasing CRM and property management platform.
  • 3CX: Our cloud phone system.
  • Microsoft Teams & Outlook: Internal communication and updates.
  • Microsoft SharePoint: Access to building information, scripts, and specials.
  • Super Simple Ticketing: Task routing for internal coordination.
  • Rippling / VPM: Time tracking.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Requires overlapping hours with U.S. Pacific Time. Shift typically starts in the early to mid-evening PH time.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable switching between multiple platforms.
  • Able to follow scripts while using good judgment.
  • Thrives in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
