  • Leasing Strategy: Identify and engage prospective tenants through targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging email, cold calls, and other strategic efforts.
  • Lease Administration: Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing Letters of Intent, lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies and provide valuable insights to management.

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management, providing insights into tenant demand and leasing opportunities.
