Job Title: Scheduling Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Specialist to generate schedules for assigned programs/campaigns, ensuring adherence to service goals and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate realistic schedules based on current manpower resources and performance.
  • Provide agents with working schedules for the business week, incorporating all client requirements and forecasting assumptions.
  • Monitor trends, flag any changes impacting resource allocation, and recommend solutions to scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate with Operation POCs for activities needing to be scheduled, such as phone and non-phone activities.
  • Process headcount reports, leave requests, and schedule updates in a timely manner.
