Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum principles and adapting practices to meet project needs.
  • Promote a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing team culture, mentoring and supporting team members to perform at their best.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, continuously improving team processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage a well-defined and prioritized product backlog aligned with project goals and business value.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance, using insights from metrics to drive improvements and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years leading Agile teams in a Scrum environment.
