About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agile Practitioner to support management and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, tailored to specific system needs.
  • Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving obstacles related to system projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Agile Practitioner (CAP) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems.
