Technology professional who is responsible for guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, while considering project management constraints like scope, time, cost, and quality. They foster collaboration, address challenges, and ensure Agile principles are understood and followed. With strong interpersonal skills, the Agile PM promotes continuous improvement and tailors Agile practices to suit the needs of diverse teams and projects.

Responsible for the following, promoting alignment with Agile principles and practices:

  • Planning, coordination, and continuous evaluation of activities in
    medium to large-scale
    projects, ensuring iterative progress, adaptive planning, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitating collaboration between internal and external team members, stakeholders, and consultants to guarantee successful implementation and adherence to Agile principles.
  • Driving and facilitating the elicitation and analysis of requirements, estimation of implementation work, and delivery commitments, all aligned with Agile practices.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to define working agreements, standard operating procedures, and team policies, ensuring they reflect Agile principles and team values.
  • Identifying and addressing deviations from agreed processes, continuously raising and executing improvements to enhance team performance and process efficiency, in accordance with Agile methodologies.
  • Tracking team attendance, productivity, and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with working agreements and policies while fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Providing process improvements based on team composition, culture, and feedback, ensuring continuous learning and adaptation.
  • Other related responsibilities aligned with Agile delivery, as required

Job Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another related field within a quantitative or technical discipline.
  • Over 5 years of extensive experience
    in Agile methodologies and project management
  • Proficient in multiple Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with SAFe is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong understanding of software and product development processes
  • Executive presence with excellent communication skills across all level of management
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus, but not required

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management, with the ability to distinguish between the two and blend approaches as needed
  • Over 5 years of combined experience in Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Strong leadership skills in guiding teams, managing deliverables, and driving alignment with Agile principles
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams across multiple domains, including software, cloud, and data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong people management and team development capabilities
  • Holds Agile certifications such as PSM I (required); PMI-ACP, TKP, and SAFe are considered a plus
