**Job Overview**

In this pivotal role, you will facilitate agile practices and foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles tailored to the needs of enterprise-level systems.
  • Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to system projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving system-related issues.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that backlogs for enterprise systems are properly groomed and prioritized.
  • Facilitate communication between the development team, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices and empower them to take initiative in managing and enhancing system functionality.
  • Encourage continuous improvement by leveraging retrospective outcomes and fostering a growth mindset specific to enterprise system management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, response times, sprint burndown, and cycle time to measure team performance and system success.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.
