Senior Scrum Master Role

This role focuses on facilitating effective collaboration within teams and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. A Senior Scrum Master will oversee multiple scrum teams, guiding them to deliver high-quality software features that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Enable seamless communication among team members
  • Ensure project progress stays on track and stakeholders are informed
  • Provide timely feedback to drive improvements
  • Lead agile practices across the organization
  • Develop and mentor junior team members
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to optimize product backlogs
  • Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred
