Job Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work as a team facilitator, driving agile practices and collaboration in a dynamic support environment. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include guiding and coaching the team on agile principles tailored to enterprise-level systems, planning and facilitating scrum ceremonies, and acting as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to project delivery and system operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines, encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving technical issues, and work closely with product owners to ensure that backlogs are properly groomed and prioritized.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a team facilitator in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on complex projects.
  • Proven proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.
