Our organization is seeking a skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional support and care.About the RoleThis position involves providing prompt and professional responses to patient inquiries via various channels. You will be responsible for delivering clear information about our services, addressing concerns with empathy, and managing incoming leads in a timely manner. Your goal will be to maximize engagement and conversion while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient enquiries via phone, email, online forms, and other marketing channels.
  • Provide clear and compassionate information about our services.
  • Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion.
  • Reactivate past patients through proactive outreach and regular communication.
  • Accurately record and update all interactions in lead management and CRM systems.
  • Track, analyse, and report on lead conversion rates and relevant performance metrics.
  • Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments.
  • Handle payment transactions and provide transparent pricing information.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to daily tasks and workflows.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a patient-first experience.
RequirementsWe are looking for an individual with:
  • A Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong background in the medical or allied health field highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discipline in following procedures and workflow systems.
  • Ability to balance warm patient interactions with timely task completion.
  • Competency with CRM and lead management tools.
  • High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
