We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Senior M365 Support Engineer. In this position, you will provide top-notch support to clients and ensure their Microsoft 365 experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met by taking ownership of cases that come into the Support Management Center (SMC) in a 24x7 support environment.
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents, and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure speedy resolution of client issues.
  • Take ownership of cases escalated to Microsoft, managing communications between customers and vendors, setting up troubleshooting calls, and accurately logging time into the system.
Mandatory Experience:
  • A minimum of several years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365–Exchange online, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure IaaS.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SharePoint Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM, Mimecast, Netskope, VMWare, and SolarWinds: N-Able.
