Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to specialized teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical Assistance: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS related, M365, and basic network issues for customers.
- Evaluate and Escalate Issues: Evaluate the severity of issues, prioritize accordingly, and work diligently to find solutions within stipulated timelines. Handle escalated tickets from Level 1 support, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as NOC and L1 to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with end-users via phone, email, chat, keeping them informed of ticket progress and resolutions.
