M365 Implementation Engineer Job Opening

We are seeking an experienced M365 Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing IT projects related to Office 365 Email and Communication services, Microsoft Endpoint Management, and email migration between different environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of IT projects for new and existing clients defined within Project Plans, Orders and Scopes of Service.
  • Ability to handle diverse computing environments in a wide cross section of business clients.
  • Analyze and document unfamiliar client environments while assessing the quickest path to completion of project goals.
  • Work through the project process to reach a successful outcome by presenting implementation plans, working with engineering management and project managers, assisting in support handoff requirements, and clearly communicating project plans and potential impacts to customers.
  • Track and manage time effectively to accomplish multiple ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an M365 Implementation Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing Windows Server projects or related technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience in workstation, network, and/or server support.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and remote management tools.
  • Proficient in using ServiceNow or similar project management platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology and change management processes.
