Job Description:

As a Senior M365 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and expertise to clients across various industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely resolution of client cases and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents, and escalate critical issues to senior engineers or management as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and M365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
