Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to launch their career in sales as an Account Prospecting Representative. This is a remote, entry-level role with guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead the generation of new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • To plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
  • To make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • To schedule meetings between qualified leads and the executive team.
  • To manage CRM systems, logging all interactions, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records.
  • To stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed.
