Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various digital sources into our company database.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the CEO to provide critical support and assistance with administrative tasks, website maintenance, and other projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software.
  • Enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by the CEO, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, document sharing) using online tools and resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
