Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our nonprofit client by accurately recording monetary donations using LGL, a donation management software similar to QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel and QuickBooks (or similar software), strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, good communication skills for handling donor calls and emails, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter donation data into LGL accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update donation records in Excel
  • Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email
  • Make follow-up calls when necessary
  • Generate donation reports as required
Requirements:
  • Experience with Excel and QuickBooks (or similar software)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication skills for handling donor calls and emails
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in donation management or nonprofit sector (preferred but not required)
Tools & Software:
  • LGL (Little Green Light) – Training provided
  • Microsoft Excel
  • QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Work Arrangements:
  • Full-time work from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10 PM - 6 AM PH Time)
  • Work from home
