Senior Invoicing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to manage daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing month-end reconciliations, calculating KPIs, conducting period-over-period flux analysis, and assisting with process automation and execution of internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and posting invoices in billing systems
- Applying payments within these systems
- Collecting invoices ranging in dollar value
- Troubleshooting and resolving payment issues with customers
- Working in ticketing systems
- Experience creating and posting invoices in billing systems
- Ability to apply payments within these systems
- Excellent communication skills for resolving payment issues
- Proficiency in working with various ticketing systems
