Invoice Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Schedule: Night Shift | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Salary: Up to PHP 25,000.00

Perks: HMO on Day 1 | Night Differential Pay | 1 Initial + 1 Final Interview Only


About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Invoice Specialist to manage the accurate and timely processing of invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies, controls, and payment terms. This role will involve invoice validation, discrepancy resolution, reporting, and supporting process improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and related documents accurately within agreed SLA & KPI.
  • Review and monitor compliance of invoice processing with company policies and controls.
  • Ensure invoices are processed, matched, and ready for payment according to agreed terms.
  • Sort, review, match, and process invoices due for payment.
  • Obtain and verify completeness of documents for invoice processing.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management, including audit requirements for internal and external auditors.
  • Participate in systems, process improvements, and change management projects.
  • Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures and process documents.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement and enforce appropriate controls.
  • Lead and/or support Accounts Payable operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in invoice processing or accounts payable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and review.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and AP/ERP systems.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willing to work the night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM) in BGC on a hybrid setup.
