Job Summary

This role involves managing daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts. Responsibilities include performing month-end reconciliations, calculating key performance indicators, conducting period-over-period flux analysis, and assisting with process automation and execution of internal controls.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and posting invoices in a salesforce billing system
  • Applying payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
  • Collecting invoices with varying dollar values
  • Troubleshooting and resolving payment issues with customers
  • Working in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana)
  • Invoicing against purchase orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti)

Requirements

  • Experience in creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing
  • Ability to apply payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
  • Skilled in collecting invoices with varying dollar values
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving payment issues with customers
  • Familiarity with working in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana)
  • Experience in invoicing against purchase orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti)
