Project Director

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that power our mental health technology platform.

In this role, you will manage project scope, resources, and timelines while driving Agile processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the development team. You will also track performance, prepare progress reports, and champion continuous improvement to help us deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

About the Role
  1. Project Planning & Resource Management:
  • Create and refine project scope statements.
  • Develop resource allocation plans and secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure proper resource availability and utilization.
  • Establish project schedules and timelines based on estimates.
Project Execution & Agile Process Management:
  • Plan and sequence project activities.
  • Foster Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
  • Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports).
Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics:
  • Track project performance with Jira metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, sprint reports).
  • Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Support:
  • Act as liaison between client and team; resolve conflicts.
  • Remove blockers and distractions.
  • Maintain a motivated, focused, and aligned team.
  • Hold team members accountable.
  • Encourage collaboration and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement & Documentation:
  • Streamline processes to improve project/sprint velocity.
  • Conduct post-mortems for major incidents (bugs, outages, etc.).
  • Centralize and regularly update project documentation.
