Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite project leader to manage the implementation and optimization of our clients' business systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple NetSuite projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure. This includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client Communication: Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Team Leadership: Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the project team (consultants, developers, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Skillset: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
