As a strategic project leader, you will be responsible for launching new initiatives by coordinating and managing teams, planning and analyzing program efficacy, and streamlining communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the launch of new projects by leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Support regional operations through active collaboration and coordination with virtual teams.
  • Deliver exceptional academic services to students and their families by providing administrative support and managing class schedules to optimize session staffing.
  • Lead virtual tutoring sessions and monitor student academic progress while maintaining operating standards across people, finances, and academics.
  • Ensure seamless program execution by managing time effectively and adapting to changing needs.
  • Build positive relationships with students and their families through open communication and effective conflict resolution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by acquiring new skills and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills with experience in coordinating and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Proficient in using various communication channels and Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Ability to work independently with high tolerance for ambiguity and adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required with progressive career growth (2-3 years) and experience in virtual operations and team environments.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
