About this role

We seek exceptional communicators with experience in data operations, science, or research who want to lead key projects This is a long-term, fully-remote position.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee project execution, coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and workers remotely, and collaborate with leaders on improving products and processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand customer goals & needs.
  • Set up, oversee, and coordinate project execution to successful completion.
  • Communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders about progress, challenges, and blockers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth of customer accounts.
  • Meet set Project Manager evaluation criteria.
  • Engage in community activities & required meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English.
  • Customer-facing communication skills.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis.
  • Ideal background in computer science or slightly technical.
  • Available Pacific time 8-5 pm PT.
  • Minimum internet speed of 5mbps.
  • Computer processor: i5 / Ryzen 3 and above for Windows users; i3 and above for Mac users.
  • Minimum system requirement: 8GB RAM and 256GB memory.
  • Strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Full-time role.
