Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to lead our team of designers and architects. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance on complex architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with 10+ years of experience in leading design teams and developing high-quality construction documents. You will be proficient in Revit and other industry-standard software, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for supervising junior architects and architects' assistants, mentoring them to develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to design teams

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Architectural licensure (U.S. preferred; international considered with strong experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in leading design teams and developing construction documents
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
