Senior Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT services and telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
