Job Title: Strategic Project Leader
OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex projects, driving success across various business environments. As a Director of Instructional Design (Project Management), you will be responsible for overseeing global project management, ensuring timely completion, and managing diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Employ urgency and intervene when the team needs assistance with escalations.
- Manage and oversee global projects, develop plans, establish project deadlines, assign functional responsibilities, lead and direct team members, conduct due diligence, and gather necessary materials.
- Report to Executive Director, Project Management, contribute to the organization's success, and set project teams up for success.
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience leading the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development.
- Experience leading and managing direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials.
- Experience with client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and formal presentation delivery.
- Experience with project management and word processing software, spreadsheet, and flowcharting applications.
- Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).
