Business Operations Director

A Business Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of virtual assistants. The primary goal is to ensure that these professionals meet the expectations of their clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day operations to achieve client objectives
- Partnering with clients to understand their needs and priorities
- Supporting clients in growing their businesses through our services
- Maintaining relationships between clients and virtual assistants
- Degree in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in healthcare or medical management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively
- Self-motivated, focused, and organized individual
- Intel Core i5-5000 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
- 8 GB RAM and Windows 10/11 or macOS Ventura operating system
- Noise-cancelling headset and camera with clear video output
- Backup system capable of powering workstation for at least 3 hours
- $1400 monthly compensation
- Independent contractor employment arrangement
