About This Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing business operations and ensuring their smooth execution.

The role involves coordinating with key team members to align business goals and implement effective strategies.

You'll work closely with the managing director, client manager, HR team lead, and marketing assistant to manage invoicing, client contracts, and automation workflows that keep the business efficient and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve business systems and technology infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows and pipelines for lead nurturing, onboarding, task assignments, and follow-ups.
  • Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across departments.
  • Manage client invoicing cycles, ensuring accurate and timely issuance and follow-up of all invoices.
  • Liaise with clients regarding billing queries and coordinate with the managing director for any exceptions or updates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an operations manager or similar role in a digital or service-based business.
  • Advanced knowledge of project and task management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, systems thinking, and automation workflows.
  • Experience with corporate marketing campaigns, contract and invoice management, and maintaining operational compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
