Position Summary

The Client Services Manager leads a team of virtual assistants, ensuring alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet target requirements.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work with clients to help grow their businesses using Global Medical's services as a Client Services Manager.
  • Medical Client-VA management.
  • Manage client needs and concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate high-level issues, negotiate, and more.
Requirements:
  • PREFERRED: A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience, familiar with operational processes.
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, organized, and focused.
  • At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand requirements to create solutions.
  • Efficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
