We are seeking a results-driven Business Intelligence Lead to oversee our reporting operations and drive data-informed decision-making.

About the Role
  • Reporting Excellence:
    • Create and maintain accurate, timely, and actionable reporting packages for senior executives.
    • Design and implement effective data visualizations using Power BI and Excel that align with company KPIs and strategic goals.
    • Develop and manage dashboards that provide real-time data updates and insights supporting business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the Data Team and departments such as Sales Operations, Leads, and Strategic Marketing.
    • Lead regular alignment meetings to ensure reporting needs and timelines are met.
    • Foster strong relationships with operational stakeholders to support strategic planning.
  • Data Governance and Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and enforce data governance protocols that promote consistency across all reports.
    • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of all reports.
    • Implement documentation protocols for version control and data compliance.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Directly manage a data team of 5 to 10 analysts and specialists.
    • Collaborate regularly with director-level stakeholders and C-suite executives.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in a data leadership or reporting management role, advanced Power BI skills, and proficiency in Excel. Experience setting up and managing data governance frameworks is also required.
