Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee financial management, accounting functions, and ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance across multiple projects and entities.
- Oversee the entire financial planning process, ensuring accurate financial data for donor reporting purposes.
- Manage governance, transparency, and reporting for the organization's financial operations.
- Ensure all entities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee bookkeeping, including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Manage fund allocation, ensuring adherence to financial policies and donor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and other regulatory obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or similar role.
- Experience working with NGOs or donor-funded projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance framework.
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel-based reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
