We are seeking a Workforce Manager to join our team immediately, bringing with them a proven track record in workforce management, preferably in a business process outsourcing or remote work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to senior leadership and oversees workforce planning using forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Monitors and manages absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
  • Utilizes specialized tools to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Manages offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the organization.
  • Tracks account churn and works with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintains a centralized database of all active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Provides regular workforce health updates and coordinates staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Active employee count by job level.
  • Absenteeism rates.
  • Attrition rates.
  • Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  • Ad-hoc workforce management reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in workforce management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
