Responsibilities
  • Deliver multilingual support via calls and chat
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide step-by-step solutions
  • Log all interactions accurately

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and patience

The ideal candidate has fluency in multiple languages, at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably remote, e-commerce, or tech support, and is calm under pressure with a strong attention to detail.
