Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide clear and concise troubleshooting guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and products

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or service desk software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus
