
Global Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. As a Global Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
About the Role:The Global Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers. This includes resolving issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on various software applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong analytical mind.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to ensure accurate information is available to customers.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
- Analytical Mind: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of software applications and systems, including CRM, ERP, and other related tools.
- Process Improvement: Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
