The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating the delivery of services and functions to ADB field offices, providing technical and procedural guidance to ensure effective management of the global real estate portfolio. About the Role

  • Coordinate the delivery of services and functions to ADB field offices.
  • Provide technical and procedural guidance to ensure effective management of the global real estate portfolio.
  • Oversee the pipeline preparation and management of major facility projects, ensuring compliance with internal controls and broad policies.
  • Work directly with ADB field offices to manage projects related to life-cycle facilities management and capital expenditure.
  • Provide technical advice and implementation support on matters of facilities management, including Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
  • Lead the review of project progress to ensure timely completion within budget estimates.
  • Supervise reporting personnel, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback on performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, building science, architecture, business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years relevant work experience.
  • Professional certifications in project management, corporate real estate, LEED, workplace wellness, and facility management are desirable.
  • International experience working in multiple countries, planning and managing facilities infrastructure projects that involve understanding architectural design concepts, construction, mechanical or design engineering, sustainability principles, building systems, and equipment.

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Location

The initial appointment will be to ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines, with potential outposting or strategic assignment in a Field Office.
