Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients through various communication channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first contact through effective problem-solving and research.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.

  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior call center experience being an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including typing speed, is necessary.
  • A high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills.
