Job Overview

We are seeking a remote customer support specialist to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.

This role involves responding to customer inquiries via chat, email or phone in a professional and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple conversations at once.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast and accurate support
  • Stay up-to-date on product information and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
