Property Management Role
We are seeking a diligent Property Manager to collaborate with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will excel at obtaining, organizing, and maintaining accurate property information and documentation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property records
- Manage client communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Prepare and manage contracts, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs
- Track payments, fees, and contract renewals
- Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations
- Support property marketing and onboarding processes
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management is required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
