We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties.

  • Job Description:
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations for all properties.
  • Manage tenant relationships, respond to inquiries, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Process rent collections, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable with high accuracy.
  • Oversee property transactions, including data entry and management for bills, payments, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Coordination - effective communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience in Property Management - knowledge of rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions.
  • Marketing Skills - ability to attract new tenants through marketing efforts.
  • Tech-Savviness - proficiency in managing vendor relationships, payroll processing, and property management software.
