Job Title: Property Operations SpecialistAbout the Role:

This position involves overseeing the day-to-day management of short and long-term rental properties, encompassing hiring, financial reporting, acquisitions, and business development strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance scheduling, guest satisfaction initiatives, marketing campaigns, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; conduct financial analysis; ensure adherence to financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
About You:
  • Stable and fast internet connection is essential.
  • No prior experience is required, but computer literacy is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
  • You should possess an optimistic attitude and energy.
