About the Job

As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth order processing from quotation to delivery. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve issues, manage claims, and drive adoption of the client's e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and process quotations and sales orders within specified timeframes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Investigate and process claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to address and resolve any issues related to customer orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
