Exceptional Customer Service Representative

We are a leading virtual receptionist company based in the United States, seeking skilled professionals to handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inquiries and book appointments for clients across various industries, such as cleaning services, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers.
- Represent clients professionally and follow their standard greeting.
- Book appointments on client CRM/scheduling platforms.
- Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
- Transmit accurate call notes to clients after each call.
- Technical Requirements:
- A high-speed internet connection of at least 40 Mbps is required.
- A computer with an Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM is necessary.
- A backup power source is also essential.
The ideal candidate has BPO experience, can multitask, and is confident in communicating directly with clients. We are willing to train motivated and hardworking individuals who are eager to add value within our organization.
Working Hours and Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package and require a commitment of 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, with 1 hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Working hours are from 8:00PM to 05:00AM Pacific Time.
