We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded individual to fill the role of Senior Account Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth on assigned customers. This involves developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customer organization.
You will act as the primary point of contact within our organization for your customers, providing a consultative approach to understand their business drivers and requirements.
The role includes:
- Developing market expertise to stay ahead of industry trends
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to identify business needs and forward them to the Product department
- Representing our company at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
- Providing regular reports on account performance and status to senior management
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Previous B2B iGaming experience as an Account Manager or Casino Manager
- Excellent English language skills
- A self-starting and motivated individual with high-level social and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
