Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Professional

Job Description:

The role of a Senior Business Solutions Professional is to work collaboratively as part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of our suite of revenue cycle technology. This includes, but not limited to, hospital and professional fee front-end patient access workflow, patient accounting workflow, and denials management workflow. Strong candidates will have an understanding of software implementations and can support the project team during all phases including planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of our technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in internal assessment meetings with the accounts receivable services department to ascertain existing workflow processes and develop design documentation using best practice recommendations of our revenue cycle technology suite.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode (IF this THEN that...) intended for the development and QA teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to the project team.
  • Support clients utilizing our products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the development and QA teams to ensure all rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined during design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications, and experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.

  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
