Job Summary

This senior financial professional will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

About the Role
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across key business areas.
  • Manage monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multiple business units.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Business Partnership and Strategic Support:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparing financial materials for executive meetings.
Digital Innovation and Process Optimization:
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms.
  • Champion a digital mindset within the finance team—encouraging experimentation with new technologies to elevate decision support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
