Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Retail Operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution and management of the order to cash cycle, including order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery all the way through invoicing and payment collection.
  • Provide exceptional customer support for pre-order activities, including systemic setup, writing customer-specific SOP's, and ensuring customer orders are ready to process.
  • Bolster sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability as we onboard with new Commercial customers and build out our Customer Operations team.
  • Create and manage comprehensive order operations SOP's that are specific to different sales channels and customers.
  • Maintain robust data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, order fulfillment, order management, and order invoicing.
  • Lead month's end reconciliation from the Order Operations perspective and provide fully vetted reporting to Accounting showing all orders for the previous month are accurately entered in all of our systems and tie out.
  • Design workflows using connectors like Zapier, Make, N8N, Parabola, etc. to significantly cut down on the amount of repetitive, manual work that the team handles on a day to day basis.
