Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to support our e-commerce customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability
  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns in a timely manner
  • Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment tracking
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and order information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
