Operations Director Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director Consultant to join our team. As an experienced leader in operations, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or sales, you will oversee the daily activities of our branches, warehouse hubs, and supply chain.

About This Role:
  • Lead Nationwide Operations:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our branches, warehouse hubs and supply chain.
  • Ensure alignment of all operational activities with our strategic goals.
  • Implement process improvement methods and operating systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales, warehouse, logistics, inventory, and delivery systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Business Performance:
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational KPIs to support financial health and efficiency.
  • Analyze P&L impact of operational decisions and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, supply chain & procurement teams to align operations with demand planning and customer service goals.
  1. Develop and Manage Teams:
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across geographically dispersed sites.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance to build a high-performing, results-driven culture.
About You:
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field (Master's or professional certification is a plus).
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or sales.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role, leading multiple teams, sites, or branches.
  • Experience managing a nationwide or multi-branch distribution network.
  • Familiar with process improvement tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Well-versed in warehouse and logistics operations, inventory control, or fulfillment systems.
  • Background in sales management, account handling, or demand forecasting is a bonus.
  • A strong, people-first leader—skilled in coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven, with a clear understanding of P&L, cost drivers, and revenue impact.
  • Has led or contributed to budgeting, cost efficiency, and operations reporting.
  • Able to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning.
  • A natural collaborator—comfortable aligning operations with goals across departments like supply chain, procurement, marketing, and sales.
  • Confident in presenting strategies and updates to senior leadership.
  • Willing to travel frequently to visit and support branches nationwide.
  • High integrity, accountable, and driven by results.
  • Loves using KPIs and performance data to guide smart decisions.
